Despite the drawbacks, there were some positive aspects to our stay. the location of the property was convenient, being just minutes away from the bus and train stations, as well as local restaurants. This made it easy for us to explore the historic sites of the city on foot. the property had a washing machine, which was useful for us as we were traveling for an extended period. there was a small balcony where we could enjoy our morning coffee, adding a pleasant touch to our stay. However, it should be noted that leaving our washing out to dry was not an option due to the abundance of pigeons in the area.
The bed linen was not ironed and there was only one small and soft pillow per person. The microwave was also not cleaned and the shower curtain was quite annoying, constantly chasing us around the cubicle.

I had a wonderful stay at Casas Da Viola - Faro Villa. The house was lovely and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were big and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The location was perfect, with local restaurants and attractions just minutes away. The air conditioning was a great feature, keeping me cool even on the hottest days. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Faro.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, just minutes away from bars, restaurants, and the marina. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fully-equipped kitchen. We loved the traditional feel of the place, with beautiful tiled buildings all around. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and the washer/dryer was a convenient bonus.
We were a bit concerned about the graffiti in the nearby area, but it turned out to be a common sight throughout the city.

The apartment was beautiful and well-situated, just a short walk to the railway and bus station. The spacious bathroom and bedroom on a higher floor provided privacy. The combination of the coffee machine and balcony was a great way to start the day. The host was extremely helpful and quickly resolved a problem we had with locking ourselves out.
The apartment was quite small and the mattress in the front bedroom was saggy and uncomfortable. It was also confusing as to where to leave the municipal tax, as the mailbox where we assumed we should leave it was filled with junk mail.

I had such a great stay at this cozy apartment in the old city. The place was perfectly renovated and furnished with great taste. It was definitely worth the price. The location was superb, just a minute away from the city center, marina, bar district, and bus/train stations. The area felt safe, with a mini-mart open till midnight just around the corner. The contactless check-in was convenient, and the kitchen had everything I needed for a self-catering holiday. The mattress was firm and the sheets clean and crisp. The bathroom had good water pressure and temperature in the shower. The Wi-Fi was fast, allowing me to stream NFL games without any issues. The apartment itself was adequate, not fancy, but had all the necessary amenities. it was a great place to stay in Faro.
The only improvement I would suggest is to have a better breakfast selection.

Traditional house with added floor for small double bedroom, separate shower room, and balcony. Very quiet area. Close to bus and train stations, local restaurants, and historic sites. Washing machine available, as well as a nearby launderette. Good base for traveling, with easy access to Sevilla and Villa Real Sant Antonio.

The cottage had a nice traditional feel to it, with beautiful tiled buildings all around. It was also well-equipped with a washer/dryer and a big refrigerator, which were very useful during our stay. The air conditioning was a godsend, keeping us cool even on the hottest days of our trip. The location was a key advantage, with the town center, train and bus stations, and a hypermarket all within easy walking distance. Being so close to everything made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy our Christmas vacation.
One of the main downsides was the lack of Wi-Fi, which didn't work throughout our stay. We contacted the owner, but nothing was done to fix it.

I had a great time staying at Casas Da Viola - Faro. The apartment was beautiful and well-situated, close to both the railway and bus stations. The bathroom was spacious and the bedroom on a higher floor provided some privacy. I especially loved starting my day with a cup of coffee from the coffee machine on the balcony. Whenever we encountered a problem, the host, Antonio, was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this accommodation.
The Wi-Fi didn't work during our stay and despite contacting the owner, the issue was not resolved. Additionally, it was a bit tricky figuring out how to open the front door when we first arrived, but we received instructions from the owner.

The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and the marina nearby. The self-catering accommodation was compact and modern, perfect for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this place for a short stay.
There were a few minor issues that need attention. The WiFi information was not readily available, and it took us some time to find it.
